1. Fill out a form online with all your information OR give us a call and give us all your information.

2. We will go through our database of tutors and make a selection based on personality, suitable days and times, subjects and any other relevant information.

3. Payment is made upfront directly to us so that no money is handled in sessions

4. We set up a first session - an assessment session in which our tutors come to you, and either determine where the problem areas lie and plan a way forward in order to improve those areas, or determine where the sessions will focus for maximum general improvement. The tutor and learner are also encouraged to begin working in this session.

5. Progress is monitored and communication kept open.
